  • Develop and execute strategies to drive overall sales for the brand

  • Perform regular maintenance and re-merchandising of the boutique or area

  • Report vendor specific monthly sales figures to designated vendor representative

  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of trunk shows and special events

  • Coordinate special orders and reserves with buyer, vendor and sales associates

  • Provide product training and education to other BG associates

  • Develop partnerships with BG Personal Stylists and other sales associates to promote the Marni brand

  • Provide regular feedback to buyer and vendor regarding special needs, opportunities, sizing and customer requests

  • Retail sales experience required, preferably in a luxury apparel environment

  • Passionate about luxury brands

  • Training skills are a plus

  • Strong customer service skills required

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Goal-oriented

  • Must be organized with excellent follow up skills

  • Must be able to work a full-time retail schedule to include evenings, weekends and some holidays
