Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day business operations, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Manage cash transactions, reconcile receipts, pursue collections, process payments, and ensure accurate and timely bank deposits. Promote and sell premium retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, tape, and other moving supplies.

Achieve sales targets through effective communication with prospective customers via phone, web, or in-person interactions. Develop and execute marketing strategies based on competitor analysis and innovative ideas. Identify customer needs and offer solutions to enhance their storage experience.
