The Research and Instructional Services department of Joyner Library is currently seeking an undergraduate student employee to provide support for department faculty and staff during the Summer 2024 semester(s).

Job Duties

The Undergraduate Student Employee duties include, but are not limited to:

• (Primary Duty) Assisting in processing of incoming poster printing requests.

• Assisting with the reshelving of Government Documents, including microforms.

• Assisting library faculty and staff with tech-related questions on the Research Help desk.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have good communication skills.

• Candidates must have a willingness to learn and have a flexible schedule and the availability to work late mornings and early afternoons.

• Familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Candidates must be in good academic standing with East Carolina University.

Hours: 10-15 hours per week

Pay: $10.00/hr.
