Job Description

Hourly Rate: $25.46

Schedule: 8 hour rotating shifts (includes working 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift)

The Selector will:

• Visually inspect ware and discard defective ware

• Set-up ware on lehrs and conveyors, dislodge ware on straight line equipment, and adjust the flow of empty cartons on conveyors as required

• Tend to casepacker/robot for proper operation

• Check ware on filled case conveyor, fill cartons as required, and check carton conditions for proper gluing and appearance

• May be required to hand pack ware and occasionally reselect packed ware as instructed

The Selector should:

• Have a strong mechanical aptitude

• Be highly safety conscious

• Have a desire to learn and grow within our industry

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis

• Previous experience in an industrial environment is a plus

• Able to work rotating shifts, with weekend and holiday requirements
