Overview
The Gallagher Retail Brokerage US Senior Marketing Manager Select is responsible for oversight and execution of US Select Marketing plans and strategies, with an emphasis on generating growth opportunities for our US Small Business, Personal Lines and Independent Agency acquisition target markets.
This position reports directly to the Gallagher Retail Brokerage Select Marketing Leader, and works closely with the Gallagher Select Regional Sales Leaders. As part of our GGB-Americas structure, this role will also collaborate closely with GGB-US and Corporate Marketing Teams.
How you'll make an impact
Focused primarily on driving organic growth opportunities
Oversight and execution of all Select marketing campaigns in support of National marketing/sales plans and goals with quarterly reporting/analysis for Leadership
Work closely with the dedicated GGB US Retail Select Marketing Specialist to ensure that campaigns and other marketing-related items are developed and executed according to the plan
Collaborating with other Marketing and Functional Leaders to continually evaluate marketing performance and identifying new opportunities for growth and efficiency through increased use of data and analytics
Reporting on Marketing effectiveness on a monthly basis
Explore and apply the use of proprietary and secondary data sources in developing targeted marketing campaigns
Track and measure effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving sales, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of corporate standards for all related marketing initiatives
Promote cross-marketing opportunities - encourage greater learning, communication and sharing of ideas across the Gallagher marketing community
About You
Required:
Highly Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, and 5+ years relevant experience in B2B and B2C marketing or marketing consulting
Commercial insurance experience is a plus
This position is remote but may require occasional in-office presence and travel (estimated 15 - 20%)
Shown record of successful client management/relationship building
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience handling integrated digital and traditional marketing strategies and plans
Experience working across several stakeholders and brands simultaneously
Experience reporting on marketing effectiveness through dashboards, monthly or quarterly reports or other reporting mechanisms
Marketing budget oversight and management, including paid media
Outside agency and resource management
