The Segment Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of high quality marketing plans and execution of professional marketing initiatives and activities related to the Advance Enterprise, as well as the process for which these undertakings follow. Responsible for the integration of marketing activities, planning and promotion management, internal communication leveraging all channels, creative team workflow, sales tools and training collateral.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Works with marketing, merchandising, vendor partners and sales team to develop high quality strategic marketing & promotional plans designed to meet enterprise objectives; including, but not limited to, increasing sales, awareness, brand positioning and customer loyalty.
Quickly learn target audiences and value proposition; assist in building and maintaining brand guidelines, and ensure adherence across every campaign and communication.
Utilize customer insights and customer segmentations to guide marketing and programming.
Monitor and analyze internal and external data to develop business insights, implications and recommendations for action.
Cultivate strong partnerships with product manufacturers and developing unified marketing programs to achieve mutual objectives and maximize return on investment.
Collaborate on wide variety of communications & marketing projects across multiple stakeholders and contributors, including graphic designers, videographers, operations, marketing and PR firms and agencies, promotional groups, graphic designers, printers and industry associations to ensure timely completion of projects on budget.
Assist in the managing of annual budget for sales tools and collateral, including vendor partner support.
Collaborate with internal partners, agencies and vendor partners to develop and managing content for digital marketing including email, social, websites and other digital channels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to easily discern features and benefits and write in a compelling, client-focused language while ensuring writing is of a high standard.
Presentation skills including the ability to plan a compelling story and deliver a compelling presentation to team members
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and team members.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and milestones against project timelines.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem solving skills.
Must be able to travel for meetings with agencies, field operations, and to support event & target marketing promotions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This job does not have direct report but will share resources within their team; this role will manage intern associates annually.
