The Licensed Occupational Therapist and/or Physical Therapist is responsible for reviewing ADA para-transit application materials, supplemental intake and professional verification forms, conducting in-person interviews for applicants, and performing functional assessments with applicants to determine eligibility for ADA para-transit service. The Licensed Occupational Therapist and/or Physical Therapist is also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, and providing final eligibility determinations to the Client.
This position is located in downtown Saint Louis.
Licensed Occupational or Physical Therapist with specific coursework and/or work experience related to evaluation and assessment of functional abilities including motor (gait/balance/strength/coordination), cognitive, visual perceptual, communication, and psycho-social skills and abilities
Minimum of one (1) year of evaluation experience in the above stated areas
Experience and knowledge with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations
Successful candidates will be required to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
