The Licensed Occupational Therapist and/or Physical Therapist is responsible for reviewing ADA para-transit application materials, supplemental intake and professional verification forms, conducting in-person interviews for applicants, and performing functional assessments with applicants to determine eligibility for ADA para-transit service. The Licensed Occupational Therapist and/or Physical Therapist is also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, and providing final eligibility determinations to the Client.

This position is located in downtown Saint Louis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational or Physical Therapist with specific coursework and/or work experience related to evaluation and assessment of functional abilities including motor (gait/balance/strength/coordination), cognitive, visual perceptual, communication, and psycho-social skills and abilities

  • Minimum of one (1) year of evaluation experience in the above stated areas

  • Experience and knowledge with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations

  • Successful candidates will be required to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
