Responsible for the development and management of the Security Officer Training Program. Manage department new hire orientation training, develop Annual Training Plan (ATP) outlining required training, and maintains training records.
Conducts investigations into incidents beyond the scope of normal Security duties. Incidents that require follow-up, additional interviews, review of security camera equipment, badge reports, etc.

Associate Degree in related field
Level of Experience
5-10 years of Health Care Security experience, of which 1 or more years of performing Instructor or Training duties
All licensure must be current/valid and from the state of West Virginia.
Basic Life Support
Current Crisis Prevention Intervention and Advanced Crisis Prevention Intervention instructor.
Typing/Word Processing skills required for this position
Computer Skills required for this position
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

10 years related experience in Security, Law Enforcement, Corrections, or Military service.
