The Security Support Administrator will be responsible for coordinating maintenance for electronic access control and burglar alarm. Position will also be responsible for coordinating maintenance for life safety equipment such as fire alarm monitors, sprinkler monitors, and fire extinguishers. Coordinates installation of upgrades to systems and service calls on existing systems. Works with locksmith vendor to find times to re-key, replace hardware, cut keys, etc.
Responsible for coordinating security / life safety service tickets in ServiceNow application, ensuring completion of requests in required timeframe
Coordinates security / life safety preventative maintenance tickets for mechanical locks, electronic access control systems, burglar alarm systems, fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers
Communicates with customers and service vendors as necessary to coordinate work order details
Manages, organizes, and maintains inventory of paperwork related to security and maintenance
Coordinates upgrades, additions, etc. to locations for electronic access control and burglar alarms
Elevates service issues to management as necessary
Follows all policies and procedures and contributes to policy / procedure updates when requested
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of experience in customer service
Basic competence in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to prioritize, and organize various work orders
Ability and willingness to work irregular work hours on occasion
2 years in facility operations and maintenance
Current driver's license in applicable state
Experience with Entrapass software
Experience with DataSource software
