At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we're in. We're growing our team here in Tucson, AZ:

Compensation: $20.00 / hour

Shift: Must be willing to be flexible with schedule and available to fill in open post as needed. Set schedule is not guaranteed or must be willing to work different schedules:

• Shift 1 - Monday & Tuesday 3rd Shift 9:00pm to 5:00am and Wednesday & Thursday 1:00pm to 9:00pm (32 hours full time)
• Shift 1 - Wednesday & Thursday 1st Shift 5:00am to 1:00pm (16 hours part time)

About the job:

• You're responsible to over see the site's schedule and Guard performance.

• You coach, counsel, and issue corrective action as needed.

• You provide training to new and current guards on monthly training and new protocols set by the client.

• You ensure guards are clocking in/out accurately.

• You work with and communicate directly with the Site Client, Account Manager, and Client Service Manager to ensure operational satisfaction.

• You do vehicle patrols at the sites.

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.

• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

• You provide rapid response in critical situations.

• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.

• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Your background:

• You have Security Supervisor experience (Required)

• You have an active Arizona Security License (Required)

• You have a valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record (Required)

• You have Security, Military, Law Enforcement or Corrections experience

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)

• You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

Education
