Security Program Manager Location: On-site in Bethesda, MD This position will lead and manage security services and related operations for an assigned Client Contract. This role is crucial in ensuring client service excellence and problem resolution while meeting all contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities include operational effectiveness, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional client service and resolve issues promptly Maintain operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with contractual obligations Manage staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training of security personnel Track deliverables and demonstrate a strong process orientation Our Ideal Candidate:
