Manage Security personnel in all aspects of the contract.
Provide daily interface with the Fairfax VA, County Security Manager, attends meetings at the request of the County Security Manager, and serves on the County Workplace Violence Threat Assessment Team.
Have the ability to develop internal and external reports, policy's, analysis and procedures.
Possess or able to obtain a DCJS certification to carry a firearm with a concealed permit prior to the start of the contract, and the ability to maintain same for the duration of the contract.
Ability to multi-task and remain organized; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
Works well independently and in group settings.
Excellent written, verbal and customer interface skills.
Must have a minimum of 5 years managing security contracts with increasing levels of responsibility.
Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or be a graduated of an accredited Law Enforcement academy.
