Security Officer, Weekends

Come and join a talented, caring team as a Part-Time Security Officer at Augustana Minneapolis Apartments! In this role, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our residents, their families, and staff at our senior living campus.

Our building is located on the bus line in the heart of historic Elliot Park Neighborhood. We offer free parking and staff have easy access to various public transportation options.

There are Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varied schedules.

Position One: Friday and Saturday Nights from 11:00pm - 7:30am.

Position Two: Saturday and Sunday Days from 7:00am to 3:30pm

Security Officer responsibilities:

• Ensure the security and safety of our residents, their families, and staff.

• Perform rounds around our campus.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance.

• Complete documentation on reports.

• Report incidents to the appropriate state agencies.

• Help with valet parking.

• Perform other duties as needed.

Security Officer skills and requirements:

• 1+ year of recent security experience required.

• Must obtain a valid MN state driver's license.

• Ability to pass a State and Federal background check.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
