We are without a doubt one of the most premier retirement community, and a dream come true for experienced security personnel. At a Watermark Community our security team does so much more than what the title reflects. Not only are you responsible for the safety and wellbeing of our residents and associates but you also play a big role in creating and maintaining a safe environment. This particular role is looking to hire someone that can walk around the building and be on alert for any and all potential fire risks. For us, it is about working with people who take great pride in their work. We are looking to meet people who agree that as part of the security department we are looking for people who are committed to providing our community one of the most important components for the wellbeing of our residents. The right person for us will be kind, patient and extremely well organized and will be committed to a safe and secure environment. We are looking for someone that has the ability to make every resident feel safe and give our family members and associates peace of mind.

• Ability to walk each floor paying special attention to potential fire risks and hazards

• Required to keep documentation and turning in the required records at the end of each shift

• Able to work weekends and holidays

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
