THE JOB:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by greeting guests during their time at our property and providing an outstanding level of guest services. By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you interact with our guests.

• Enjoy working while being a part of our special events, concerts, and with guests from all over the world.

• Being the highlight of our guest's experience while taking in all that Mandalay Bay has to offer.

• Working in one of the top 5 largest convention center in World. Being able to see the space transform into any event you can imagine.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve with a positive outcome.

• Providing a high level of service when our guest needs it the most.

• Emphasis on good character while preforming their day-to-day responsibilities.

• Detail orientated and being able to make sound decision in stressful situations with the support of leadership.

• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression.

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time. Being able to work closely with others.
