Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Clinton, IA

Environment: Industrial

Pay Rate: $18.00 hr.

General Job Functions:

• Control Access to the facility, observe and report any issues.

Shift & Hours:

• 4:00 pm to 4:00 am

• 3 days one week and 4 the next with 8 hours overtime each week working 4 days.

Mon/Tue/Fri and Sat/Sun/Wed/Thu

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

1.Control access to the facility and log visitors in and out

2.Observe and report any potential problems

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients

• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site

• Respond quickly to critical situations

• Ability to read and write detailed reports

• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.

• Computer literacy skills.

• Verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to learn quickly.

• Valid driver's license.

• Clean driving record/history that meets GARDAWORLD standards.

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an extensive screening process
