Environment: Distribution Center / Warehouse

Location: Little Rock, AR

Position Types: Full Time

Starting Pay: $16.00/hr

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday: 2:30pm

• 10:30pm/Sunday: 6:30am

• 2:30pm

Sunday: 2:30pm

• 10:30pm/ Monday

• Thursday: 10:30pm

• 6:30am

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities for Security Guards

• Vehicle Patrols specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• Access Control Responsibility

• Direct visitors and vehicle traffic

• Vehicle patrols of the client facility

• Monitor security cameras

• Interior/exterior foot patrols of the facility

General Security responsibilities for Security Guards

• Vehicle Patrols include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients

• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site

• Respond quickly to critical situations

• Ability to read and write detailed reports

• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• 6 months of security experience (preferred)

• Customer service skills

• Security experience not required but preferred

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time

• Computer skills

• Phone skills

• Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check

• Valid driver's license

• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements

• Arkansas security license of ability to obtain (will help to obtain)

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)

• Pass an extensive screening process

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
