We have a Part-Time Every Other Weekend Night Security Officer position serving our Residents with hours from 12:00 am- 8:00 am that includes:

• 12 AM - 8 AM Schedule

• 8 hours in one week

• Every other weekend rotation

• Holiday rotation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Driver's License

The Security / Guest Service Representative is responsible for delivering superior customer service to our residents while protecting the Community property and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, staff.

Qualifications -

• Ability to read, write, and understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.

• Must be able to make decisions quickly and in accordance with established protocol.

• Must provide a superior customer service attitude to residents and guests at all times.

• Proficient at performing multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have or be willing to be trained in first responder, first aid & CPR training.

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record

• One year experience in security or two years customer service preferred.

• Computer and electronic device proficiency to include MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the use of cell phone and tablets).

Rate of pay starts at: $16.75 per hour B.O.E
