P rotect Baptist Health patients, employees and properties by patrolling the hospital grounds, responding to emergencies, assisting patients, employees and visitors, controlling vehicular and foot traffic, operating security CCTV. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent required. Prior civilian or military law enforcement experience preferred.

Must possess a driver's license valid in Alabama and POST certification or DD 214. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Ability to effectively communicate with people of various backgrounds throughout the organization. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a professional and customer centric composure in difficult or challenging situations.

Ability to work from broad directions and be self motivated.
