As a Security Manager within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.
This role will provide management vision and oversight to enhance our electronic record retention capabilities.
Applying record retention labels to unstructured documents and automating the process to support retention.
Creating, enhancing and executing scans to automate retention processes.
Establishing and maturing an enterprise Data Archive for retention purposes.
Establishing automated capabilities to confirm compliance with structured data retention requirements.
Relevant Experience:
Experience with electronic record retention
Experience with scanning tools and automating associated processes
Experience in rolling out and/or supporting data archives
Experience with creating or policies, standards, procedures, controls
Experience with audit processes (being an auditor or being audited)
Strong experience in delivering a program portfolio effectively and efficiently.
Experience in program communications including delivering awareness and updates at the executive level.
Experience with auditing. Ability to utilize tools and techniques for assessing the effectiveness of processes, identify potential risk exposure and adhering to compliance requirements.
Experience managing a team of professionals in delivery and ongoing maturity.
Experience with designing and managing policies, standards and procedures. Ability to utilize a variety of skill sets and technical knowledge to manage policies, standards, procedures and controls throughout their lifecycle.
Ability to contribute to establishing and executing on operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Knowledge of record retention requirements and implementation techniques.
Experience with technologies and technology based solutions to effectively support the rollout of retention requirements.

Manages a team that oversees the day-to-day operations and effectiveness of assigned security technology and programs.
Manages resources that enables security control effectiveness with a team and technology.
Monitors trends and continuously assesses staff/security system capabilities to meet business demands.
Leads in policy development, audit mitigation, and other tasks related to securing and maintaining the operational health of the infrastructure. Evaluates security systems, teams and processes to provide recommendations to maintain continuity and operational health.
Documents and revises procedures and playbooks for teams, processes and technology to provide a standard security practice and increase team effectiveness.
