Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution of the Ardent Security Program across the facility.

• Develop and support facility level risk management activities and programs.

• Manage the Security needs across the facility.

• Create Security policy, manage personnel, implement procedures, identify risk and mitigate it, provide Security related education, conduct drills, provide support, and perform ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Three (3) years' healthcare specific experience or relevant experience in law enforcement or military service.

• Experience prioritizing, conducting, and documenting investigations.

• Ability to obtain and hold a level 3 Security Commission license issued by the State.

Preferred Job Requirements

• Five (5) years' healthcare specific knowledge and experience.
