Job Title: Security Officer - Loss Prevention

Location: Austin, TX

Environment: Retail

Shifts: Multiple full-time schedules available. Mornings and Evenings. Specific schedules will be discussed during the phone interview.

Additional Information: A 30-minute lunch break (unpaid) will be required each shift:

At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we're in:

Compensation: $16 hour

About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority

• Conduct foot patrols of interior/exterior of building

• Provide visual deterrent from theft of products

• Provide daily activity report to the client via Guard Metrics

• Document all suspicious activity on the daily activity report

• Officers at this site will stand at the front of the store to provide a visual deterrent from theft of products.

• The officer will be required to clock out for a 30-minute lunch break.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)

• You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

• If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience - even better!

• You have a state security license or the ability to obtain one
