Compensation: $22.00 / hour

Location: Rego Park, Queens NY

Environment: Males Shelter Standing Post

Schedule: 1. Wednesday through Friday, 4pm-12am

2.Saturday through Tuesday, 4pm

• 12am

Required Licenses:

• F80 Fire Systems Coordinator
• F02 Fire Guard for Shelters (Citywide)
• Local Law 129 Certification (40-hour DHS Shelter Security Officer Training)
• Previous experience in Shelter environment is required!!!

Your background:

• You have your NYS Security License & Valid Driver's License with Clean Motor Vehicle Record.

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)

• You're able to ace, or pass an extensive screening process

• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.

• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

• You provide rapid response in critical situations.

• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.

• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
