Security Executive

Responsibilities:

Security Executive (Accenture LLP; Seattle, WA):

  • Pursue and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients, and understand current and future client security needs, such as cybersecurity strategy, privacy and data protection strategy, cybersecurity risk management, and cyber technology implementation services, in the context of market dynamics.

  • Recommend short and/or long-term value creation for clients.

  • Manage security asset creation and results for the domain.

  • Implement market strategy integration within geographic units (GUs).

  • Collaborate with client service groups to implement local offering campaigns, and manage organizational and delivery strategies.

  • Maintain executive relationship with alliance partners and deliver joint go-to-market strategy for the domain or within GUs.

  • Manage development and execution of delivery models, and capability development for the domain, working closely with operating units (OU) and client leadership.

We are a growing firm and offer our team members advantages not often found with larger organizations, such as: ability to support marquee clients, close-knit team of dedicated professionals, leadership opportunities, and better pay/benefits (including an exceptional PTO policy).<br />  <br /> <strong>About the Position</strong> <br /> The Executive Assistant will act in an administrative capacity to the President, supporting detailed execution of Sales, Operations, Recruiting, and Partner Management activities. The position will regularly interact with senior leaders and all levels of staff and clients. This is a position of supreme integrity, trust, and commitment to confidentiality and diplomacy. The individual will be responsible for seeing through the preparation, coordination, and execution of logistics and time management based on the priorities set by the President.<br />  <br /> The ideal candidate is a team player and problem solver, with effective communications with other members of the Leadership Team, broader CBC team and external contact points. The individual must have the ability to understand the needs of the President and be capable of anticipating, planning, maneuvering, and re-prioritizing in a fast-paced changing environment, while maintaining a positive attitude. <br />  <br /> Below are the core duties and responsibilities for the position:  <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to navigate situations where there is not always a precedent</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Manage and maintain Executives’ appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and coordinated travel with clients/team members</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Conserve Executives’ time by reading, researching, analyzing, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Coordinate with other CBC departments (i.e. – Operations) for annual activities, including but not limited to semi-annual off-sites and annual review meetings</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Support integration with Partner organizations by assisting in contract completions, coordinating with Operations for resource availability, and ensuring execution of President’s commitments in negotiations</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Contribute to the team effort by taking initiative and accomplishing related results as needed</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, and appropriately prioritize based on business needs</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Display initiative, ability to work independently, and be able to use extensive independent judgement</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Ability to work remotely or out of the President's home office located in the South Bay (80% of the time)</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Ability to travel with the President (domestic and internationally), when required, for client meetings, trade shows or partner meetings with no more than 48 hours’ notice required</li> </ul>  <br /> <strong>About You</strong> <br /> This is what you should possess to be successful in this role:  <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">3 - 5 years of equivalent work experience with excellent results</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Excellent attention to detail</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Strong organization and relationship management skills</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Strong computer and Internet research skills</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Strong knowledge of MS Office Outlook and basic knowledge of other MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Exemplary planning and time management skills</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Expertise at developing relationships with a broad range of personalities</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Great problem solving and analytical skills with solution-oriented mindset and win-win attitude</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment</li> </ul> Concannon Business Consulting Los Angeles CA
