The organization provides control solutions for the infrastructure security architecture across the Bank and adapts a rich set of security solutions to arising customer and regulatory needs.
As part of this mission, the global Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) platform is designed to mitigate threats associated with the leakage of sensitive information and to protect the confidentiality of the Bank's information assets and the information of the Bank's clients. The DLP Lead Engineer will be responsible for all technical aspects of the service and end to end ownership. This position will act as a subject matter expert on DLP and related technologies within the Bank. A degree-level education (or equivalent) in an IT-related discipline is required, along with significant and in-depth experience of DLP technology (in particular Symantec DLP). Highly effective communication and team management skills are a must, as are English language skills to business standard.

What You'll Do:
Oversight and management of technical, operational risk, and client-facing aspects of the service
Ability to work with business divisions and functions to anticipate data leakage threats and provide consultancy on effective data leakage prevention strategies
Working with teams supporting the global DLP infrastructure (network and endpoint)
Preparing management reports and presentations (Group ISeC, CISO management, OpCo meetings)
Change management coordination
Ensuring SCCM compliance of the global DLP infrastructure
Skills You'll Need:
Technical hands-on experience with DLP and DLP Engineering/Operations
Knowledge of DLP workflow
Continuous configuration and tuning of DLP systems
Perform technical configuration reviews
Experience managing outsourced/vendor teams
Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organizations
