As the Security Engineer, you will be the liaison with Infrastructure Services teams, Integration, Application Delivery teams, Governance, Architecture, or external suppliers.

Day to Day
Solution design in terms of functional requirements, features and/or components and service specifications, within applicable guidelines
Projects - participate in business and IT projects according to agile and traditional methodologies ensuring agreed functional and technical requirements are met and service operations is safeguarded.
Partner Management - including a.o. vendor selection, service/SLA/contract management, requirements identification, vendor evaluation, service/product delivery according to requirements.
Application / service life cycle management to ensure compliant and supported services
Service Delivery (Reliable, Available, Secure, Compliant) according to agreed SLA's and OLA's within the defined service areas through the application of IT service management practices, policies, processes and procedures
Customer Service and interaction - supporting and understanding customer needs and deliver needed solution
Adherence to applicable guidelines policies and controls Education: Requires a bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience

Essentials
5-7 years in the security industry
Experience in designing and implementing Data Protection solutions, EKM is a plus
Experience developing automation capabilities to accommodate streamlined provisioning and reporting
Proficient in technology products to fulfill enterprise security needs
Ability to assess EKM, IAM, and Data Protection capabilities and identify needs in B2B, B2C and B2E environments
Experience managing technical requirements and delivering features to infrastructure and application teams
Track record of successfully executing projects in collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to create and refine processes that are adaptable and scalable for deployment enterprise-wide, preferably using Lean concepts
Experience developing services using an Agile methodology
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills

Desired Primary Work Location: US Remote
Applicable Pay Range
$88,996.19 - $133,494.28
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
