Responsibilities

• Monitor site security policy compliance, procedures and protocols.

• Document non-compliant activity to report to the responsible site operations leadership for remediation

• Act as on-site POC/liaison with the contract security vendor

• Ensure vendor compliance with post orders and MSA requirements

• S/O training compliance

• S/O schedule compliance

• Assist in training new hire security officers

• Provisioning and deprovisioning of security officer NT logins

• Create new hire and replacement badging

• Coordinating the response to any security or safety incidents

• Conduct video reviews for incident investigations

• Perform video review investigations when requested by the site CCM, HRBP, or law enforcement

• Perform daily systems operational assessments

• Document and report as necessary for repair or maintenance

• Daily operational audit of CCTV system

• Daily operation audit of card access system

• Perform a weekly worksite safety review

• Site safety committee member

• Perform daily rounds of exterior & interior door security

• Door locks, fencing, gates exterior lighting (building & parking lot)

• Signage

• Assist with lock removals and documentation

• Monitor & record temperatures & humidity of building space & critical environments

• Assist local facilities with administrative work

• D365 entries

• Service now tickets- closing

• USAA required CCTV/badge system checks and reporting (form)

• Assist in supplying documentation for audits

• Manage visitor badging process.

• From creation to deactivations.

• Manage badge inventory stock.

• Order badging supplies when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work onsite in Port Saint Lucie, FL

• High School diploma or above required.

• Current "D" Florida License.

• Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.

• Five confirmable years in a Florida security office role including two (2) years of supervisory experience.

• Must be available to work any time and day.

• Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with leadership and peers.

• Three letters of recommendation with verifiable contacts.
