Position Description:
*ITI/RRS Provide day-to-day operational support for Active Directory (AD) for Internal and External approximately 300 Windows servers, 250,000 users objects, and 350,000 computer objects. Provide 7x24, day to day operations of Active Directory Internal and External environments worldwide. Including the following: Administration of Active Directory:

  • Active directory health in general

  • Active Directory replication

  • Active Directory consistency

  • Active Directory access

  • Active Directory group policies

  • Active Directory organizational units

  • Active Directory data population

  • Active Directory schema changes Administration of Domain Controller Operating System: - Server configuration

  • Maintenance of OS level

  • Maintenance of service pack level

  • Maintenance of hotfix releases

  • Monitoring that OS is operational

  • DCs in Data Centers

  • REDCs at local sites .Provide level day-to-day operational support for Security Infrastructure which includes: Active Directory, ADLDS (FDS), CA/CLM, Azure .Provide Security Infrastructure support by performing the following: Hardware and software installations, start/restart/stop instances; rotate and analyze server logs; availability metrics reporting; maintain server configuration; upgrade and maintain Security Infrastructure software, etc. .Test and roll AD and Security Infrastructure homegrown solutions from the QA environment to the Production .Schedule and implement AD and Security Infrastructure changes off hours to ensure service availability .Monitor production server performance and security .Automate server related maintenance tasks .Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures .Maintain Infrastructure configurations .Monitor performance .Manage GSS / CSM Load Balancer Support .Maintain system administrator accounts and passwords .Respond to 2nd level Request Center and Service Desk tickets.Determine which requests require 3rd level support
    Skills Required:
    Must have solid knowledge of Active Directory .Minimum 5 years experience supporting a large Active Directory environment .Minimum 5 years IT experience, with at least 2 or more years experience in IT security or equivalent .Minimum 5 years of scripting experience. Must be a Strong Powershell, C (sharp), or Ruby script/programming experience for automating system support .At least 3 years as a system engineer supporting MS Windows Server 2012 or 2016 .Strong knowledge of MS directory solutions. Bachelors or above
    Experience Preferred:
    .Experience with PKI encryption solutions .2 years of project leadership .Excellent communications skills, written and oral .Excellent time management skills .Experience in Microsoft office tools, including Project and Microsoft Visio, is preferred

Key Responsibilities: A Dimensional Control Engineer is a fast paced, action oriented, data driven, engineering position in a manufacturing setting. The candidate with the appropriate skill set and personality will be able to influence the quality of the F-150 build on a daily basis and interact with people in almost all levels and divisions of Ford Motor Company. The appropriate candidate must have excellent problem solving and communication skills. Responsibilities: * Improve the F-150 construction through tooling actions via dimensional analysis or process actions via altering operator instructions. * Give concise and informative presentations to any and all levels of Ford Motor Company management. * Work with Green Belts and Black Belts on their projects guiding them and helping them to ensure mutual success. * Assist with head count reduction by creating and leading projects to aid in the departments overall budget. * Supervise and actively involved with CMM's, SPC, CAD, and AutoCAD. * Drive data improvements to assist with solving warranty and customer concerns, including internal to the plant customers. * Leading audit process utilizing ISO 9001/14000. * Will handle large amounts of data and accurately apply that information to the manufacturing process. * Make timely decisions in the midst of production-critical situations. * Interact and guide UAW skilled trades to diagnose and improve the shop's tooling productivity and capability. * Supervise Layout Inspectors and SPC personnel on tasks and be able to express requirements to solve problems. * Build consensus in order to implement improvements as a team utilizing One Ford Behaviors. * Prioritize and accomplish tasks without micro-management. Job Requirements: Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering * 1+ years of manufacturing work experience * 1+years of work experience in Microsoft Office (must be proficiency in Excel) Preferred Qualifications: * Six Sigma Training (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred). * 5+ years of engineering work experience * Experience with automotive body construction/assembly preferred. * Experience in automated and manual inspection systems * Demonstrated capability in assembly dimensional control * Demonstrated capability in problem solving methods * Demonstrated capability in data analysis and documentation and statistical methods * Exemplary written and oral communication skills * Proficiency with statistical analysis packages * Strong interpersonal skills * Passion for innovation The distance between imagination and … creation.
