We are looking for a Business Operations (BusOps) Program Manager (PM) to join our team supporting and owning programs across the Consumer Security organization. This role will be part of the team that owns our BusOps programs - our "Leadership Insights" including standardized org-wide headcount management, finance budget, fleet spend, and other long range planning mechanisms.

This will involve ownership of existing programs/processes, building new ones, as well as drive automation opportunities to support analysis and decisions making. In this role you will work with cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical key stakeholders to define strategy and interpret, communicate, and drive full lifecycle security projects. You will partner with Legal, Finance, HR, Security leadership, and stakeholder teams to evaluate and develop supporting security programs and services. This team will help enable Consumer InfoSec teams to be able to track and report on their BuOps tracking and planning. You will in some cases provide guidance and standardized approaches and in other cases you may own the reporting on behalf of Security teams. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support Consumer Security leaders in executing and managing their multi-year business plans with an impact across to drive security BusOp program development and reporting across multiple domains, such as headcount management, goals, finance budget, contracts, fleet spend, hiring req management, and long range business planning.

  • Lead initiatives aimed at standardizing related processes across the Consumer Security organization to build consistency in our leadership decision making, tracking and reporting

  • Demonstrate the ability to provide both structured and creative thinking in a dynamic, evolving, multi team-based environment

  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization, and demonstrating discretion with sensitive information

  • Show ownership and leadership skills in coordinating projects across multiple teams, driving them to successful conclusion while building strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external customers

  • Be comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while driving teams to complete goals

  • Demonstrate the ability to break abstract goals into attainable, measurable work items

  • Manage a cross-functional process to translate the desired customer experience into a logically sequenced and optimized program roadmap

  • Be comfortable with hands-on day-to-day problem solving, implementing quick and effective action plans to meet short term priorities

  • Prepare and present business reviews to senior management

This position may be located in New York, Austin TX, Arlington VA, or Seattle, with other locations possible. Relocation available.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience in program or project management

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Proven track record of delivery following Program/Project Management principles

You will help enable the Consumer Security team's data insights strategy and deliverables, understanding customer needs, and work backwards from there. As a Data Engineer you will: * Gather business and functional requirements and translate these requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions with a flexible and adaptable data architecture. * Contribute to the architecture and implementation of next generation data and BI solutions from the ground up. * Manage AWS resources including Redshift, S3, EC2, Athena, Glue, etc. * Optimize automated processes for performance and fault tolerance. * Optimize support for ad-hoc analysis across various data sources * Collaborate with BI Engineers, Software Engineers, and cross-functionally to deliver high quality data architecture and pipelines. * Make large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable by applications and teams.
