Job Description:
Enterprise Tech Infrastructure Compliance is responsible for regulatory compliance to Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR), Information Security Policies and Standards (ISPS) and Internal Audits. The Enterprise Tech Infrastructure Compliance team works directly with vendors, segments and business
units to comply with standards and audits. In addition to regulatory compliance, the Infrastructure Compliance team manages Vulnerability Management for Enterprise Tech supported systems.

Responsibilities:
Security and Compliance are critical to protect the Brand, Assets and Intellectual Property. This role will serve as the primary contact for compliance, assessment and audit efforts,
tracking and reporting on their progress to leaders. Manage Compliance: *. Perform audits and assessments of systems and processes to ensure regulatory and policy controls are in place

  • Develop and
    evaluate control tests as needed: *. Maintain overall knowledge of current regulatory requirements that affect Disney technology and their reporting and evidence standards to demonstrate compliance


Work with application owners, Asset Management, and suppliers to assess and document the security posture of their infrastructure

  • Work with appropriate groups to correct the data discrepancies in the
    various asset databases required by policy

  • Work directly with company and suppliers to bring servers into compliance as needed

  • Provide oversight and reporting on large scale multi-vendor/customer
    remediation efforts - Information Security Tools

  • Validate proper installation and configuration of security software and tools on servers

  • Using available data sources, create custom reports to track
    security tool installations

  • Coordinate scheduling of servers for installation of security tools

Basic Qualifications * 2 years* experience with Information Security * 2 years* experience with regulatory compliance including performing IT audits or assessments * 5 years* experience in IT related
position

  • Project management experience

  • Detail oriented for documentation of findings and gap analysis

  • Knowledge of current IT Security Practices

  • Knowledge of Office tools, with a focus on Excel

PREFERRED: * an understanding of reporting tools and concepts

  • Basic MS SharePoint Administration and Development

  • ServiceNow Ticketing, CMDB, and Change Management experience
