Security Analyst

The selected individual will be working in a Security Specialist role and assisting with the compliance of collateral and SCI government contracts. The selected individual will be responsible for the security administration, management, training and operations of collateral and SCI programs. As a security specialist, you are the primary interface between Kratos Program Management, Leadership and Government customers as it pertains to program management and compliance. The selected individual will report directly to the Facility Security Officer and perform all tasks assigned to them. Duties include:

• Developing and maintain Security Education, Training and Awareness (SETA)

• Conducting indoctrinations, debriefs, annual refreshers and any as needed training

• Processing clearance request and upgrades, CSRs, and crossover packages

• Maintaining access rosters and/or binders

• Maintaining safe accountability

• Maintaining all security documentation IAW DoD and IC policies

• Processing Visit Access Requests (VARs)

• Assisting with compliance checklists for accredited SCIFs.

• Processing foreign contact reporting for all cleared employees

• Conducting pre- and post-travel briefings and oversees foreign travel reporting

• Preparing for inspections (conducts self-inspections)

• Maintaining access management systems

• Ensuring adherence to any applicable laws as well as any SCI security policies and requirements

• Creating, updating, and maintaining SOPs and SPPMs, and coordinating approval with government customers

• Enforcing the visitor control process for meetings

• Coordinating initial access eligibility determinations and creating SCI nomination packages

• Maintaining personnel security records for cleared personnel in each required database (DISS, SC)

• Developing/maintaining facility accreditation paperwork IAW government policy and regulation

• Providing administrative security support for the SCI and collateral teams

• US Citizenship

• Experience in Personnel Security

• Experience in Physical Security

• Experience in Industrial Security

• Experience working with IC and DoD customers

• Experience working with DISS, NBIS, and NISS

• Current/Active TS security clearance

• 5-7 years experience (bachelor's degree and other certifications may account for up to 4 years experience)

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

• Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office software

• Must be able to obtain and maintain TS clearance

• FSO training (possessing facilities), or completed within 3 months of hiring

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience with SCI/SAP compliance

• CDSE Certifications

• Previous government program security experience

• TS security clearance with SCI eligibility

• CI Polygraph

• Experience with SIMs, SWFT, COMSEC, ACS, IDS

• Experience with X-10s

• Experience working with DoE customers

Competitive salary based on experience and education

Salary Range: $90,000-$134,000
