Responsible for procedures to ensure the safety of information system assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide second level cyber- incident response support; support customer service requirements for established information and computer security standards and controls; administers information security safeguards.

  • Perform implementation tasks for system and network security technologies; execute testing.

  • Perform configuration changes to meet business requirements under supervision.

  • Assignment to project teams to represent information security requirements and perform security operations and administration tasks.

  • Respond to change and problem requests; participate in security incident response recoveries with minimal supervision.


  • Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in support and security operations role in any of the following areas: access management of network security technologies, servers, networks, telecommunications, operating systems, middleware, hardware/software support, cloud infrastructure or other technical infrastructure role.

  • Requires experience with providing top-tier support,analysis, or deployment for 2 or more of the information security technology common body of knowledge skill sets: 1) Access Control, 2) Application Security, 3) Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning, 4) Cloud Security, 5) Information Security and Risk Management 6) Legal, Regulations, 7) Compliance and Investigations, 8) Operations Security, 9) Physical (Environmental) Security, 10) Security Architecture and Design, 11) Security Governance and Frameworks, 12) Red Team or Penetration Testing.

About the role: As the HRIS Analyst ll you will be part of the HRIS team that is responsible for the implementation and support of all HRIS related systems which include products for applicant tracking, onboarding, employee & manager self-service, time & attendance and payroll. The Business Application and Delivery team at Premise Health implements and supports all non-clinical applications for the company and its subsidiaries. Our team partners with various departments including Sales for CRM and Proposal software solutions, Finance & Accounting for financial, payroll, time & attendance and budgeting & reporting applications, with Human Resources for employee and manager self-service, recruiting and on boarding applications and the Credentialing team for the applications that support their work. The team also creates and supports the processes that integrates data between many of these applications. Job Requirements: * Leverage ServiceNow to support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving Tier 2 technology issues * Partner with team to support imports/exports with third party vendors * Assist with implementation of new systems, functionality, workflows and/or processes * Create process and training documentation for internal customers and end-users * Partner with team to perform testing as needed with technology upgrades and new releases * Identify and recommend process improvements * Perform occasional data entry, audits, security assignments, table maintenance and mass updates as needed Education: * Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience Experience: * 2 - 3 years HRIS or HR Practitioner experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel * Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization * Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks/requests * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment * Previous system integration experience and ability to comprehend the flow of data and the downstream impact Preferred Qualifications or Experience: * Previous use of Jobvite (ATS), Avature (Onboarding) or UKG (formerly UltiPro) * Working knowledge of HR, Payroll and Accounting functions and/or regulations * Previous exposure and/or participation with large scale projects Work-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
