Job Title: Security Administrator Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Director of Information Technology Exempt

Core Functions:
Monitor Buccaneers security applications for threats and performs triage on issues.
Track and document potential and actual cybersecurity incidents.
Investigate and suggest new systems and procedures to continuously improve security.
Configuring security systems, analyzing security requirements, and recommending improvements.
Review vendor services for security practices and ensure compliance with Buccaneers policies.
Monitors cybersecurity notification services for new attack vectors and helps determine responses and prevention policies.
Conducts and documents regular monthly, quarterly, and annual security reviews.
Suggests new corporate security requirements and best practices.
Helps keep the organization informed of security threats and provides guidance to them as needed.
Manage and implement Security Awareness training program.
Escalate issues to IT management as necessary.
Support the IT Department in other ways as directed.

The ability to quickly troubleshoot systems and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Knowledge
Technical knowledge of cyber security threat vectors.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows OS, Mac OS, anti-malware, network technologies.
Knowledge and experience with responding to cybersecurity threats.
Knowledge and experience with developing and following policies and procedures.
Knowledge and experience with documenting incident responses.
The ability to quickly troubleshoot issues and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Education
2 to 5 years related experience.
BS in Computer Science, cyber security, or a related field or commensurate job experience.
Focus on cyber security preferred.
CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or commensurate certification may be advantageous.
Work Environment
The Company is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment. Other environment conditions:
Extended evening and weekend work hours sometimes required. Required to work all home and some away games. May have to work occasional holidays.
Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines.
Computer and desk work are a significant part of daily activities.
Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time.
Job duties require employee to drive company vehicle or drive personal vehicle.
Frequently moves computers and audio/visual equipment weighing up to 50 pounds from office to office and into various meeting rooms.
