ABOUT FASHION GROUP:
This position will be shared between Marc Jacobs and the Fashion Group US.
The Fashion Group provides support functions to 5 brands present in the US - Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo and Emilio Pucci.
These 5 brands represent approx. 450 employees, 50 retail location, as well as an important volume of wholesales and a growing Ecom business.
For over 30 years, Marc Jacobs has invigorated the fashion world with a unique design philosophy: pioneering designs, an irreverent spirit, the everyday and the extraordinary.
Led by these codes, the brand has become a driving force in the womenswear, beauty, accessories, fragrance, watch and jewelry industries.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The purpose of this position will be to help us with the various security projects and task that is necessary to ensure that we adhere to the security policies set in place by LVMH. This position will play a critical role in protecting our users and technology stack from threats and vulnerabilities. Working closely with security teams in other region of the world (APAC and EMEA), this position is playing a key function in the "follow the sun" process.
Projects Lead and support
Build and maintain mutualized solutions between all the Maisons of the US Fashion Group and Marc Jacobs
Ensure the adherence of the US Fashion Group projects/activities to the global model of the SecOps Skills Center and global security roadmap.
Participate and/or lead some security projects (printers securitization, Netskope, Security framework preparation)
Monitoring and support
Responsible for monitoring IT systems for compliance and threats (O365, Kaspersky, EDR, JIRA, ITSM, Netskope)
Provide support and help to users that maybe affected by malware, phishing scams and spoofed users.
Administer and manage our security solution so that we are utilizing all the tools that can help secure our environment and protect our users
Coordinate incident management, involving Central HQ if necessary, until resolution
Prevention
Participate in audits and remediation deployment (security action plans and checklists)
Conduct periodic internal and external vulnerability scans and work on remediating findings.
Provide companywide security alerts to known vulnerabilities.
Provide user training and education efforts as appropriate so that users are more knowledgeable on the latest security threats and scams.
Provide recommendations on best practices to improve our security posture.
Profile
PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
(Basic training, professional experiences, foreign languages, etc)
Technical Experience and Systems
5 years of work-related experience
Experience with security and remediation for firewalls, systems and cloud solutions.
Experience with payment processing of PCI DSS.
Maintain documentation and changes
Assisted with designing and development of security solutions. Ie
Network Administration
Good understanding and experience with the Windows Server and Desktop OS.
Strong understanding of networking and network services. (Firewall, DNS, Routing Protocols, TCP/IP, VLANs and VPNs)
Solid understanding of security concepts and best practices.
