POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs duties in support of University Health System and Information Services Information Asset Security policies. Provides identity and management support to end users through administration and maintenance of individual userids and passwords to promote individual accountability on all of UHS' Information Systems.

Implements appropriate security access to approved users utilizing role-based access methodology. Responds to security requests and manages incoming work to meet established deadlines. Supports information security procedures to safeguard against inadvertent disclosure of confidential data and unauthorized access to computing environments.

Establishes efficient processes for provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts and implements role based access controls within a highly complex system infrastructure. Promotes the University Health Systems guest relations policy.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Five or more years of experience in information technology is required.

Three or more years of experience in information security is preferred. At least two years of Active Directory and application level security is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA is preferred.

You will be responsible to establish and maintain a document and data control system consistent to the requirements of AS9100, ISO 9001, Industry standards and regulatory requirements. To be considered for this role, you will need a High School Diploma along with five plus years of maintaining of technical data. This is a great long term opportunity with a growing company. Technical Data Administrator Job duties: Establish and maintain a document and data control system consistent to the requirements of AS9100, ISO 9001, Industry standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure the availability and currency of technical information throughout the CCS article maintenance areas. Maintain master copies of CCS Management System Manuals and other technical data. Maintain a technical library of approved data and master traveler packages. Maintain in current condition the pertinent CFRs, Airworthiness Directives, and all other regulatory data relative to CCS article maintenance. Ensure the availability and currency of technical information throughout the CCS article maintenance areas. Assist and provide technical support to shop personnel in the use and interpretation of approved technical data. Publish and distribute notices announcing the receipt of revisions to OEM engine manuals, Government Technical Orders or any other approved data that has been revised, such as FAA, EASA, CAAC or JCAB data. Review customer on-line technical data to ensure currency of existing technical data and update internal technical data. Review purchase orders and contracts for impact to current workloads and notify engineering of impact. Review contract maintenance purchase orders for accuracy and quality approve certifications requirements Develop internal procedures and instructions as required. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Quality. Qualifications: High School Diploma is required. Five plus years of maintaining of technical data. General knowledge of gas turbine engine component maintenance. Strong computers skills using MS Office Suite. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. AS9100 and ISO 9001 Training or Auditor Course.
