Position Title: Security Administrator

Position Type:Full-Time

Travel Requirements: Less than 10% of the time

Position Summary: Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, stenography, office machine operation, and filing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred four (4) years or at least a minimum of two (2) years of experience providing security administrative assistance in support of Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
  • Experience in PERSEC, working in the Defense Information Security System managing Visitor Access Requests and Periodic Reinvestigations.
  • Experience in reviewing and updating Security Classification Guides (SCGs), updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), writing and editing official memorandums, and policies in support of government inspections.
  • Experience in providing security support in managing recurring reports and activities, classified inventories, safe combination changes, and Communication Security (COMSEC) support.
  • Individual shall have experience in fully utilizing the current Microsoft Office Suite to include SharePoint.
  • Top Secret Clearance
