Are you interested in launching your career in finance with a leader in the financial services industry? We are seeking multiple finance professionals for a Securities Operations Specialist position in Des Moines.? In this role you will be supporting the purchase team doing back end scanning of deals, imputing of payroll files and basic purchase processing.

This is a full-time opportunity. Benefits are available throughout the duration of the assignment. ? Securities Processor responsibilities include: ? Responsible for dividend reinvestment plan accounting ? Reconcile stock buys and sells ? Review and create necessary adjustments ? Provide trade settlement balancing and reconciliation ? Manage investment plans for stocks, dividend reinvestment plans, and payroll contributions Schedule: 8AM ? 4:30PM Monday-Friday ?


Requirements

Requirements: ? 4 year degree required with preference toward Finance, Accounting, or Economics degrees preferred ? Internship or previous experience in securities or trading preferred ? Strong computer and keyboarding skills ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy ? High degree of analytical ability ? Provide support for the retail pharmacies. Reporting Relations Accountable and Reports to: Group Vice-President, Pharmacy Operations Positions that Report to you: None Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Assists retail locations with various requests * Encourages use of rebate program through management of POGs (Product Ordering Groups) * Assist with inventory management software * Store support for DME billing * Provides monthly billing statements to third party organizations * Controls entry and maintenance of pet medications * Assists with third party audits and communication to stores * Assists with 340b implementation and maintenance * Reports information as needed * Reports to work when scheduled and works expected number of hours. Secondary Duties and Responsibilities * Has involvement with analysis of purchasing of products. * Interacts with Pharmacy Support and directly with stores * Develops spreadsheet to present recommendations. * Responds to store support calls via JIRA * Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required. Education and Experience High school degree required. Pharmacy degree or a Bachelor's degree in mathematics or statistics preferred. Three to five years of pharmacy experience. Must be able to handle multiple jobs/situations every day. Some travel and overnight stays will be required. Equipment Used to Perform Job Computer with CD-ROM, DOS, Word, Windows, and PowerPoint together with the following software: Excel Spreadsheet and Word Processing, and E-mail.
