The Ship and Radar System Integration (SRSI) Department Section Manager will be responsible for management of a group of approximately 20 engineers working multiple engineering disciplines and various programs. Specific responsibilities include:

Executing employee performance assessments, including administration of performance development summaries and associated activities Coaching and career development Planning and tracking employee task assignments Ensuring employee compliance with company policies and procedures Oversight of personnel issue resolution Timecard approvals Coordination of section meetings Support to the Department Manager and Directorate Prepare communication Collaboratively in a team environment Lead by example and align with Raytheon Values and Behaviors. Work as a technical lead or individual contributor; Section Manager duties is on an average 10% of the time.

Required Skills:

Eight (8) + years overall engineering experience in the operation, test and troubleshooting of complex military systems Experience with software/systems integration planning and execution Knowledge of the Performance Development Process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success leading a project or program team
