We are currently seeking the next individual to become the section manager overseeing all of the Sub-Project Managers (SPM) within Module Assembly and Test (MA&T) department. This department is based in Manhattan Beach, CA.
This Section Manager is responsible for assigning SPM support to programs. This position is a primary interface to programs for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
You will drive accountability for cost and schedule variance and Earned Value methodology. The selected candidate should have a demonstrated ability to lead and provide direction to a technical, cross-functional team. Candidate has knowledge of electronic module assembly and test processes.
Good communication skills are required. Participates in proposal writing, proposal review, design reviews, module assembly issues, and module test issues from product inception through delivery. Will lead various root cause investigation teams. In addition to manager all of the SPMs, this individual will also oversee as Cost Account Manager packages of ~$30M of sales.

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 5 years experience in electronics, manufacturing, or design
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
Master's Degree plus 3 years of experience with electronics manufacturing or design
Experience with cost, schedule, technical aspects of program management
Experience leading teams
Active SSBI clearance
Experience with EVMS methodology
