Section Head - Blood Bank

We are currently hiring for a full-time SECTION HEAD BLOOD BANK to work rotating shifts within our Clinical Laboratory.

Compensation Range:

$45.66 - $73.06 per hour

Night and weekend shift differentials up to $6 per hour!

Compensation package is based on your specific qualifications for the role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a closely related field

• Current and unrestricted MT/CLS/MLS certification (ASCP), or equivalent

• Minimum five years of experience working in a clinical laboratory

• Minimum four years of experience working within this section of a clinical laboratory

Position Overview:

The Section Head performs various clinical laboratory tests according to established policies and procedures to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision or oversight of assigned laboratory section, and training of employees working in the section.
