Performs multiple and complex secretarial duties and may support multiple departments and managers. Prefer a#Monday through Friday#20 hour per week#schedule.

Will consider flexibility with the days per week.

Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent 1-3 years experience Major

Responsibilities:
Interfaces with the public; hospital staff and customers; assists in resolving problems in non-standard situations.

Opens other#s mail and prioritizes; responds to correspondence. Sets up departmental records and files; creates and maintains various tracking lists. Maintains and updates policy and procedure manuals.

Oversees special projects. Schedules and organizes committees; meetings and functions; may keep multiple appointment calendars. Arranges conference calls.

May order resources and equipment directly; book outside seminars; functions facilities or travel arrangements. Utilizes specialized software such as ORSOS; Meditech; KRONOS or Lawson. Produces concise; correct written materials - error free agendas; memos; reports; minutes.

Creates overhead presentations; spreadsheets and databases; graphs; new forms and templates. Researches information and compiles statistics; may make composite report from individual reports.

In this role you will work with key stakeholders in Marketing, Field Sales, DRC, Partnership, Product, and Insights, to execute marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for generating customer and prospect lists to be used in external mailings, emails, and Sales Rep / Agent calling programs. Detailed responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, project planning, understanding requirements, executing, and testing campaigns geared towards driving new business and retaining existing customers. Responsibilities: * Leads complex campaign projects, overseeing all facets including project planning, requirement gathering, campaign development, and testing prior to execution * Collaborate with business partners to discuss, analyze, and review incoming requests and help to plan upcoming work for the team as needed * Uses IBM Campaign / Interact / SAS and other analytic tools to develop list requests for partners * Queries data using Oracle SQL and SAS to conduct ad hoc analyses of metrics, provide reporting, and transfer data between multiple databases * Helps review all incoming requests to limit duplication and overlap between various marketing campaigns * Partners with IT to enrich customer database to enhance targeting and personalization for marketing campaigns leveraging data in Liberty Mutual's Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience. * SQL coding and relational database experience strongly preferred. * SAS experience highly desirable * IBM Campaign experience a plus * Ability to work independently; strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead/influence others during projects * Knowledge of agile methodologies and practices * Strong written (emails, reporting, presentations) and verbal (informal, presentation) communication skills.
