High School Secretary/Receptionist
Wenatchee High School Main Office
Salary: $21.65 - $23.94 per hour
DESCRIPTION: Provide secretarial support and reception services for the Main Office.
Provide support to the Principal, Assistant Principals and Office Manager including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Assist with the substitutes check in and check out process. Prepare correspondence as necessary.
Maintain internal phone directories and phone systems. Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Basic computer knowledge required. Skyward experience preferred. Secretarial/clerical experience preferred.
Experience using Mac computers is preferred.
Experience in an educational setting is preferred. Ability to work under stress and perform detailed work accurately.
Ability to work with constant interruption. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to relate well to a diverse population of students, staff and the public.
Good human relations skills. May require prolonged sitting or standing. Attendance and punctuality are important functions of this position.
SCHEDULE: OPEN UNTIL FILLED.

In addition, a background check, based on fingerprints, will be requested from the Washington State Patrol & FBI. Employment is conditional based upon completion of the record check.
