1.3 Enroll and/or withdraw students; post information to books and enter in Columbia System.
1.4 Write book rental receipts; post information and notify teachers.
1.5 Operate bookstore; sell and restock items.
1.6 Assist in Nurse's office.
1.7 Distribute mail and packages.
1.8 Collect attendance slips; make corrections and post.
1.9 Enter daily attendance in Columbia System.
1.10 Process bus passes, early dismissals and tardy slips for students.
1.11 Prepare daily announcement form.
2.1 Report new enrollees/withdrawals to Principal.
2.2 File permission notes from parents.
2.3 Process student cross reference list.
3.Nine Weeks Tasks
3.1 Check nine weeks attendance with teachers.
3.2 Process attendance report from the computer.
3.3 Forward nine weeks attendance report to Central Office.
3.4 Process attendance letters to parents of excessive absentee students.
4.1 Inventory bookstore supplies.
4.2 Inventory office supplies.
4.3 Prepare free and reduced lunch report.
4.4 Prepare monthly activity calendar and submit to Superintendent's Office.
5.1 Process year-end inventory by May 15 for Principal.
5.2 Receive money and orders for yearbooks and pictures; post to records.
5.3 Process and assemble handbooks for faculty and students.
5.4 Write book rental receipts for all students after kindergarten orientation.
5.5 Assist with kindergarten pre-registration in May.
5.6 Process class lists.
5.7 Compile list of book fees due and send necessary letters.
5.8 Request new student information from appropriate school.
5.9 Send withdrawn student records to new school.
5.10 Help with teacher check-out at end of school year.
5.11 Process end-of-year reports and forward to Superintendent's Office.
5.12 Process new student permanent cumulative folders.
6.Process bus request for field trips, verify bus number and driver assigned and submit copy to teachers.
7.Assist Principal with pre-arranged absence requests and inform appropriate teacher.
8.Assist Principal with building usage applications and record dates on calendar.
9.Process discipline reports and Saturday School reports.
10. Process news release to newspapers.
11. Assist Principal with NCA report.
12. Be an example of exemplary adult behavior for students.
13. Project a genuine care and concern for all students.
14. Other duties as requested by Principal.
SALARY BENEFITS: Hourly pay starting at $16.18 and commensurate with school experience.
