As a Secretary, you will be working within an adult early intervention program in Cherry Hill, Camden County, NJ. This program is a short term crisis intervention service for individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis designed to divert residents from ER's and crisis screening to a readily accessible intervention.

The potential candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel; Possess excellent public relation skills; Maintain the highest level of confidentiality; and must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).

Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Secretary is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Respond to and answer telephone calls

  • Monitor the waiting room as clients come and go for therapy appointments

  • Schedule appointments

  • Administrative and clerical functions of the programs

  • Acquire and reconcile petty cash, cash advances, and check request

  • Coordinate program meetings and events as needed

  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus secretarial, administrative or clerical experience

  • Must be 18 years old or above

The Senior Risk Analyst Governance and Control also plays a key role in development and support of a policy management framework, ensuring consistent implementation across the organization and ensuring alignment with TDBG policies and procedures. This job acts as an expert on risk governance and advises business and corporate segments on industry practices and regulatory requirements. Requirements * Provide coordination of the Board Risk Committees, both in person and remotely as required. * Support development of committee meeting material for ERM and other senior members of risk management and business and corporate segments, as well as other control functions, external partners, advisors, and regulators. * Define and communicate ongoing changes in expectations, deliverables, and timing, including how work may change, the impact on stakeholders, process, employees and any barriers that must be overcome, including behavioral shifts required. * Provide coordination with TD Legal Department Corporate Secretary Office * Serve as a liaison to ensure clear ownership and accountabilities for work-streams are assigned and communicated appropriately with Risk partners. * Manages the Operational Risk program responsibilities for Enterprise Risk Management, including the Business Continuity Plan * Supports Sr. Mgr. in severalcommittee governance initiatives. * Develops process for review and appropriate monitoring and reporting. * Supports the development and maintenance of the Committee Governance Framework. * Acts as a central expert regarding risk governance and consult with others and advise business and corporate segments regarding good industry practice. * Other activities related to the above and assigned to the position from time to time .
