Preparing, reviewing and maintaining a variety of mission related documents, and initiating and monitoring personnel, financial and manpower actions.
Planning, coordinating and performing a variety of management and administrative services.
Maintain the daily activity calendar for management, schedule appointments, arrange meetings, secure space, notify attendees and make any other necessary arrangements.
Reading, analyzing and distributing, as appropriate, electronic mail, levying tasking and suspense dates within the organization.
Provide technical knowledge and guidance to timekeepers to ensure that time sheet information for all civilian employees is entered timely into the Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS).
Serve as Defense Travel System (DTS) manager for Department of Primary Care.
