Primary Purpose

Provide clerical support for the Assistant Athletic Director-Head Football Coach and coaches in all areas of communication and correspondence involving the Athletic Department at the high school.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

High School Diploma or GED

Two years of study at an institution of higher education totaling 48 hours or

Associates Degree preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Accuracy in use of computer - Microsoft word, Excel, Data Entry

Proficiency in use of calculator

Proficient skills in typing, word processing and file maintenance

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient skills in school district budget, finance and personnel

Experience:

Two years secretarial experience in a public education environment or upper level management environment preferred.

Salary: Admin. Support PG4/210 days
