Job Description:

Under general supervision, performs secretarial duties for the Department of Teaching (DoT); maintains Department Head's appointments and schedule; arranges travel and follow-up for the Department Head; assists with the management of student placement databases; composes correspondence on behalf of the Department of Teaching in response to inquiries, within established guidelines; manages room scheduling for DoT classes and events; organizes meetings, activities and events on behalf of the department; initiates and processes payment forms, UNI Works business processes, purchase orders, vouchers, and invoices; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to two years of full-time employment and includes the use of word processing.
