Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Perform routine office functions including setting appointments, taking minutes at meetings, scheduling outreach activities, ordering supplies, entering data into tracking system, working with clinical rotation students, assisting Director with continuing education events, social media, and submitting invoices for payment in SLCCBuy and other duties as assigned.

Communication skills (both verbal and written).
Adobe Suite Skill.
Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
Website knowledge.

Customer service skills.
Word processing, spreadsheets, use of Adobe Creative Suite programs, communication.
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, ability, culture, and ethnic backgrounds, to maintain good working relationships across the College.
Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic background of community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities.
