Responsibilities

• Processing documents

• Answering incoming calls

• Scheduling appointments

• Entering patient information

• Providing medical records support

• Excellent customer service

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Job Requirements:

• One year prior experience in medical office setting

• Knowledge of third party payor requirements and data entry experience
