Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position (2-3 sentences)
The primary purpose of this position is to support medical student activities/rotations for all levels for activities related to the Family Health Center. This position also assists in scheduling medical student rotations for the market's M3 OB/GYN clerkship experience. The position assists the Family Medicine Residency Program Coordinator and Faculty in scheduling various residency program meetings.
Essential Job Functions
Essential Functions (7-10) Statements
Provides administrative support to the Family Medicine Residency Program Coordinator and Faculty
Schedules Dental Residents for Family Medicine rotations
Coordinates NEOMED M1 and M2 students' Patient, Physician and Community experiences
Coordinates NEOMED M3 Family Medicine clerkship rotations
Coordinates M4 medical students' Family Medicine rotations
Coordinates M3 medical students' OB/GYN clerkship rotations
Prepares monthly order for kitchen supplies for the Youngstown Primary Care site
